Prices and Availability
Our prices are expressed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
The availability of items will be confirmed by the day following the order.

Registration
Registration allows you to:
– fully manage your Shopping Cart;
– check the status of your orders, including past ones;
– modify your personal information;
– receive our Newsletter;
– ensure secure and private access to the website.

Invoicing
Each delivery is accompanied by the corresponding invoice for the goods, allowing for immediate verification of the accuracy of the information.

Warranty
Products are covered by a warranty in accordance with the law, in particular:
for consumers (those purchasing for purposes unrelated to their professional/business activity), Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 – “Consumer Code” will apply (two years from delivery under the legal conditions);
for other purchasers, holding a VAT number, the statutory warranties under Articles 1490 et seq. of the Civil Code will apply (one year from delivery under the legal conditions).
Any additional contractual warranties provided directly by the manufacturer remain unaffected.

Returns and Exchanges

Disputes and Jurisdiction
The sales contract between the Customer and BER Racing Europe Srl is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the conclusion, interpretation, and execution of this sales contract, the exclusive and non-derogable jurisdiction of the court of residence / domicile of the Customer is expressly recognized if the Customer falls into the category of Consumers, while the exclusive and non-derogable jurisdiction of the Court of Modena is expressly recognized in all other cases.
